Guatemala Finca Santa Ana


Fernando Diaz delivers a bean that is excellent as a single origin or a great base in a blend. Grown on balanced volcanic soil and located in a notable region of Guatemala, this area is known for its predominantly rainy and cloudy atmosphere. The combination of climate, soil, and processing is evident in the balance of the cup. 


 This farm has been featured eight times in the Cup of Excellence over the years. Among other things, Fernando Diaz implemented drying almost all of his coffees on drying beds this past harvest and it shows in his coffees .
