This coffee is from the Jagong Mill, located in the Aceh province on the island of Sumatra. Owned and operated by the Junus family, this coffee is truly unique. Mr Irham Junus, along with son Andi and daughter Ina, have full control of the processing and milling, all the way to final export. Their attention to meticulous cherry selection at harvest and careful handling at process, delivers the highest quality beans. Expect herbal notes, molasses, and chocolate pudding.
