Java Jampit Estate
Grown on the historic Jampit Estate in East Java, Indonesia, this Typica variety thrives at 1,100–1,600 meters in rich volcanic soil. The estate was established in the 18th century and remains one of Java’s most respected coffee producers. Unlike most Indonesian coffees, which are traditionally wet-hulled, Jampit is fully washed—bringing out a remarkably clean, balanced cup. Expect a smooth body with notes of milk chocolate, subtle fruit brightness, and a gentle floral sweetness, all shaped by the region’s high elevation and meticulous sun-dried processing.
